| Racytech's performance on this project exceeded all my expectations. The Racytech associate who worked directly with me on this--Danniel--displayed unbelievable patience and a single-minded comittment to to getting this project done to my complete satisfaction. I have never experienced such a level of customer support and service. This was not an easy project, however, Danniel went above and beyond anything that I could have expected and more, all the while in a courteous and helpful manner. There was never a complaint and he was always there to help me even around the clock it seemed. It is quite rare to have such a successful experience with a first-time contractor, but I was lucky: I chose Racytech. I absolutely, unnequivocally, recommend these guys to anyone with programming, web design, e-commerce or any other technology need that lies within their realm. They're fantastic! |

The projuct did take a little longer than expected but this was due to the huge database and set-up difficulties. Once sorted they got on with the job in hand and did a good job.the 2nd part of my project was delt with extremely fast with constant updates on the progress. any amends to the code were delt with instantly and the upload to the live shop were without any problems. excellent quot; |
